Because many of our items are hand-assembled and custom-curated, we take extra care to prepare your order beautifully and safely.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Each of our bundles is thoughtfully curated and hand-packed with care 🤍
Because of the handmade and limited nature of our gift sets, all sales are final and we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please don’t worry — we’re here to help 💌

Kindly reach out to us within two (2) business days of delivery and include:

  • 📸 Clear photos of the item(s)

  • 📦 Photos of the outer packaging

  • 🧾 Your order number

This helps us quickly review the situation and file a claim with the shipping carrier if needed.

To ensure fairness for all customers, requests submitted after this timeframe may not be eligible for replacement.
